Terms of Submission

The Boyd's Station Community Calendar is only for events organized, hosted, sponsored or co-sponsored by Harrison County, Kentucky community-based organizations.

Boyd's Station Calendar will not accept event submissions from individuals or for personal events. Individiual or personal solicitations are not allowed.

Events must be submitted through the Submit Event form and filled out completely by the organizer.

Events that do not meet the Boyd's Station Calendar requirements may be returned to the requestor for modifications.

Boyd's Station reserves the right to approve, reject or make special considerations for any event submitted for the calendar.

You must contact Boyd's Station at gallery@boydsstation.org after submitting an event request to alert the organization that you have submitted an event for consideration and approval.
